1. Introduction
Welcome to Wynmos. Wynmos is a professional digital solutions company specializing in Software Development, UI/UX Design, and Video Editing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service effective from November 6, 2025.
2. Scope of Services
Wynmos provides services including custom web and mobile application development, UI/UX research and design, branding, and video editing. Each project is governed by a written Service Agreement defining deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a contract. You also confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
4. Payments and Billing
Wynmos offers flexible and negotiable payment terms. In most cases, 50% of the total project amount is due upfront, and the remaining 50% upon completion before delivery. Some clients may choose to pay the full amount in advance. All terms will be defined in the Service Agreement. Payments must be made through approved methods. Delays in payment may result in suspension of work. Refunds, if any, are considered only if no major work has begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. Wynmos will not be held liable for missed deadlines due to late responses or incomplete information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All work created by Wynmos, including code, design files, and videos, remains the property of Wynmos until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated. Wynmos may display completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by NDA.
7. Revisions and Change Requests
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional changes or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any shared proprietary information or project data. No confidential details shall be disclosed without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wynmos shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as data loss, revenue loss, or third-party issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as hosting, software providers, or client-side delays.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations or fails to make payment. Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work up to that date.
11. Third-Party Services
Wynmos may use third-party APIs, tools, or software during development. We are not responsible for limitations or failures caused by these external providers.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mymensingh, Bangladesh, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
13. Modifications to Terms
Wynmos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.
